You are invited to participate in an eight-week course to help make our congregation a place where individuals living with mental health challenges feel welcome, safe and supported. Course topics include mental health, mental illness, stigma, recovery, companionship, caregiving, self-care and reflection. We will examine meaningful ways to offer companionship, support recovery, and promote wellbeing.
